Designed to be a floor-standing version of the MiniPod IV, the BigPod features a larger Kevlar mid/bass drive unit (170 mm instead of 125 mm) that reaches down for a more dynamic and fuller bass response. The improved soft-dome double-chambered tweeter helps create a better cross-over between the drive units, so although a much larger speaker, the BigPod retains the same agile performance of its smaller sibling.
For those with larger living spaces who wish to make a statement both with sound and design, the BigPod is the perfect choice.
The new BigPod called MKIII has received several upgrades compared to MKII. New speaker drivers and x-over, and new fiber enhanced cabinet ensures high performance Hi-Fi sound. Pair them with a good amplifier and enjoy serious high end audiophile quality whether listening to classical or rock music. The size of the BigPod gives a solid
performance that can fill most rooms with deep, yet tightly controlled Bass.
